Yes, you just need to be on the same channel for the radios to work together (example: set all the radios to channel 15 and they will work together).

How do you know when the batteries are fully charged? I have charged them for many hours and the three bars on top never stops flashing and no indication of charge complete. I do use a 2A wall charger.

Hello! In order to ensure that the batteries are fully charged, it is recommended that the battery pack be charged for at least 12 hours with the radio turned OFF While charging, the Battery Meter will flash from 1 to 3 bars. The LCD display will show FULL when charging is complete.
